Terms and Conditions - Financial Literacy Program Payment

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment for participation in financial literacy programs offered by Kaima Asset Private Limited. By making a payment, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Payment Policy

  • All program fees must be paid in full before the start of the program.
  • Payments can be made via the available methods on the RazorPay Link.
  • Once payment is received and processed, a confirmation receipt and Invoice will be issued via email.

2. Non-Refundable Clause

  • All payments made towards our financial literacy programs are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.
  • This policy applies to full payments, deposits, and instalment payments.

3. Program Modifications

  • We reserve the right to make changes to program dates, content, delivery methods (online or in-person), or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide suitable alternatives where possible, but this does not entitle the participant to a refund.

4. Participant Responsibility

  • It is the responsibility of the participant (or their guardian, where applicable) to ensure they attend the scheduled program sessions.
  • Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless explicitly stated in the program details.

5. Cancellation by Organiser

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel a program entirely, participants will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • The option to transfer the payment to a future session.
